Heating principle: chest type heating
• The ironer incorporates a boiler with variable temperature control.
• The gas heated model (natural or LPG Gas), fan assisted "low NOX" gas burner fully adjustable gas valve mounted directly onto thermal oil heat exchanger.
• The electrically heated model, electrical elements mounted directly onto thermal oil heat exchanger.
• Heat exchanger fully insulated.
• Silent thermal oil circulation pump.
• Oil and expansion tanks.
• Variable thermostatic temperature and safety overheat controls.
• The steam heated model, direct steam from external supply.
Roll®
• Perforated steel roll with under springing and clothed with polyester felt 800g/m2.
• Suction through the roll to assist moisture removal
• Variable speed, frequency inverter drive.
• Fully enclosed planetary gearbox mounted directly onto the roll.
Flexible laser-welded bed®
• Single piece flexing and self adjusting bed.
